Fire Department

The Mikado Twp. Fire Department Currently has 21 personnel that are trained as firefighters with 10 personnel that are also trained for medical first response. The fire Department members meet two times a month for training and making sure that all of the equipment is ready for service at all times. We always have a need for more volunteers. If anyone is interested in becoming a firefighter stop by the fire station on the first Wednesday of the month at 7:oo pm or contact any firefighter for more information.
